Before submitting

Try Restore Purchase for missing PRO access.

Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase.

For refund requests, keep the Google Play order ID available.

For missed reminders, include the scheduled time, device model, Android version, and whether the app was backgrounded, rebooted, or force-stopped.

Android reminder notice

Smart Planner normally schedules reminders through Android and does not need to stay open. However, Android permissions and device power policies can delay or block notification delivery.

Using Force stop in Android Settings may cancel or block scheduled alarms until you open Smart Planner again. After a force stop, device reboot, or app update, open Smart Planner once so it can check future reminders.

Check notification permission, Alarms & reminders or exact alarm access when shown, and make sure battery use is not set to Restricted.

Do not rely on Smart Planner for medical, safety, or emergency alarms. See the notification guidance.
