Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-22. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Smart Planner by Feathly through Google Play.

Official language notice: This English version is the controlling version of this Refund Policy. Translations are provided for convenience and reference only. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version prevails.

Smart Planner currently uses a one-time Google Play product for lifetime local PRO access. It is not a recurring subscription, so there is no monthly or yearly renewal to cancel for the current product.

1. Google Play purchases

Smart Planner Android purchases are processed through Google Play. Refund eligibility, timing, payment reversal, taxes, and payment method handling are generally managed according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

2. Lifetime purchase

Smart Planner PRO Lifetime is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks the premium features described in the app at the time of purchase.

The lifetime purchase covers the applicable local premium features of Smart Planner, such as ad removal and other current local PRO benefits. Future cloud sync, cloud backup, server storage, multi-device sync, or other server-based features may require a separate fee or subscription if ongoing server costs are involved.

3. How to request a refund

Start with the refund process provided by Google Play. If Google Play directs you to the developer, if PRO was not delivered, or if you need help identifying the purchase, submit the Feathly refund support form.

Include the Google Play purchase email, order ID beginning with GPA., approximate purchase date, country or region, and a short explanation. Never send your Google password or full payment card details.

4. Refund status and PRO access

A completed full refund normally ends the related Smart Planner PRO entitlement. Google Play and Feathly may need time to synchronize the updated purchase state.

If Google Play shows the refund as completed but Smart Planner still shows PRO, restart the app while online and use Restore Purchase or the PRO status check. If the state remains incorrect, use the refund completed but PRO remains active form.

5. Restore purchase before requesting a refund

If you bought Smart Planner PRO but the app does not show PRO access, first make sure Google Play is using the same account that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchase in the app.

If access still does not appear, submit the purchase restoration form. A missing local PRO state does not necessarily mean the Google Play purchase failed.

6. Purchase account hint

If you optionally saved a purchase account hint inside the app, it may help you remember which Google account may have been used. This hint is not a Feathly server account and does not replace Google Play's purchase records.

7. Unauthorized or unrecognized purchases

If you believe a purchase was unauthorized or you do not recognize it, review your Google Play account and payment activity and follow Google Play's unauthorized purchase process. You may also submit an unrecognized purchase support request for guidance.

8. Support limitations

Feathly can help investigate purchase access, restoration, entitlement synchronization, and refund-status issues. Google Play or the payment provider may control final refund decisions and payment processing steps.
