Smart Planner Android purchases are expected to be processed through Google Play. Refund requests for Google Play purchases should be submitted through Google Play according to Google Play policies and procedures.
The Early Supporter PRO lifetime purchase is a one-time digital purchase for the current local premium features of Smart Planner. Future cloud sync, cloud backup, server storage, or other server-based features may require a separate fee or subscription.
If premium access does not appear after purchase, please try Restore Purchase using the same Google Play account used for the purchase.
If you need help with purchase access, contact support@feathly.com and include your app version, device model, Android version, and approximate purchase date. Payment approval and refund decisions may still depend on Google Play.
