Android v1 preparation
Status: internal testing and release preparation.

Occurrence-based Home and Insights model
Smart Planner now treats generated reminder rows as the public unit for Home counts and Insight statistics. Potential future pattern steps are not counted until they are actually generated.
- Done: completed generated reminders in today's operational day
- NOW: generated reminders that are due now or overdue
- TODAY: generated reminders later within today's operational day
- LATER: generated reminders after today
- WAITING: active loops with no unfinished generated reminder
