Last updated: 2026-06-16. This policy explains how Smart Planner by Feathly handles information in the first local-first release.
Smart Planner v1 is designed as a local-first app. Your loop content is stored on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Smart Planner may store loop titles, notes, categories, templates, schedule settings, reminder records, review records, completion history, language settings, display settings, wake and sleep time settings, notification settings, timezone settings, and local premium purchase status.
Smart Planner v1 does not provide Feathly cloud accounts, real-time cloud sync, or Feathly server storage for your loop content. Future cloud features may be introduced later with clear notice.
If you purchase a premium feature through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google Play. Feathly does not directly collect or store your full card details.
The app may request notification permission to send reminders. Notification behavior can depend on your device, Android settings, battery restrictions, and timezone settings.
If you export data, the exported file is controlled by you. Please keep exported files safe and avoid sharing them with people you do not trust.
Feathly does not sell your personal data. In v1, your loop content is not uploaded to Feathly servers.
You can delete loops inside the app. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from Android settings. Because v1 has no Feathly cloud account, there is no cloud account deletion flow in the first release.
