Smart Planner by Feathly is a smart loop planner that helps you create spaced loops, routine loops, reminders, focus sessions, and review records. It is designed to support study, memory, habits, and personal planning.
Smart Planner v1 is a local-first app. Your loop data is stored on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share it using features provided by your device or the app.
Smart Planner v1 does not provide a Feathly cloud account or real-time cloud sync.
Smart Planner uses generated reminder occurrences for Home counts, Home sections, and Insight statistics. In step-based spaced loops, the next reminder may be generated after you complete the current step. Future pattern steps are not guaranteed to appear or be counted before they are actually generated.
The Home screen may group generated reminders into NOW, TODAY, LATER, and WAITING. These groups are provided to help you understand what is due now, what remains later today, what is scheduled after today, and which active loops are waiting without a current unfinished reminder.
The free version of Smart Planner may include a small bottom banner ad. Early Supporter PRO removes ads and may unlock current local PRO benefits. Core local planning features may remain available to free users, but Feathly may update Free and PRO benefits over time with clear notice.
Smart Planner may offer a one-time lifetime purchase or other paid features through Google Play.
A lifetime purchase means access to the premium features described at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and the app's availability. It does not mean that every future cloud, server-based, or high-cost feature will be provided for free forever.
If future real-time sync, cloud backup, multi-device sync, server storage, or other server-based features are added, those features may require a small additional fee or subscription to cover ongoing server costs. Feathly will clearly notify users before introducing any additional paid cloud feature.
Purchases made in the Android app are processed through Google Play. Payment methods, purchase confirmation, taxes, receipts, refund eligibility, and purchase restoration may be handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies.
Smart Planner may check Google Play purchase information when the app starts, when the app returns to the foreground, when you open a PRO screen, or when you use Restore Purchase. This helps restore purchases, reflect refund or cancellation status, and keep PRO access accurate.
If purchase verification temporarily fails because of network issues or Google Play service issues, Smart Planner may continue using the last successfully verified purchase status for a limited time. If a purchase cannot be verified for a continued period, or if a refund, cancellation, payment error, or unofficial modification is detected, PRO features may be limited.
PRO purchases are restored using the Google Play account used for the purchase. If you use multiple Google accounts, please check the Google Play account shown in the purchase screen before purchasing.
The free version may display ads through Google AdMob. Smart Planner v1 does not use interstitial ads, app-open ads, rewarded ads, or pop-up ads. Ads may be removed by purchasing Early Supporter PRO.
Smart Planner reminders are provided as a planning aid. Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system restrictions, battery settings, notification permissions, time zone settings, and other conditions outside Feathly's control.
Smart Planner should not be used as the only reminder system for urgent, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency tasks.
Smart Planner can help you plan and repeat tasks, but it does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam results, productivity results, health results, or other personal outcomes.
You are responsible for the content you enter into Smart Planner, including loop titles, notes, schedules, reminders, and review records. You are also responsible for backing up important data using export or other backup methods available to you.
Smart Planner is designed to operate reliably when data is created, edited, backed up, or restored through the official features provided within the app.
Feathly is not responsible for data loss, corrupted schedules, missed notifications, incorrect review history, purchase state errors, app malfunction, or other damage caused by direct modification or tampering with app data, SQLite databases, backup files, settings files, or internal app files using external tools or unofficial methods.
The following cases may be excluded from official support: direct modification of SQLite databases or internal app files; data changes made using external database editors, debugging tools, automation scripts, or similar tools; restoration of unofficial or externally modified backup files; use of modified, repackaged, or unofficial versions of the app; issues on rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise abnormal execution environments; and attempts to bypass paid features, ads, or purchase verification.
If data corruption or integrity issues are detected, Smart Planner may restrict certain features or provide recovery options such as repair, backup export, or app data reset to protect app stability.
You agree not to misuse Smart Planner, attempt to bypass paid features or ads, interfere with the app's operation, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use Smart Planner in a way that violates applicable laws.
Smart Planner may be updated, improved, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always remain available in the same form.
Smart Planner is provided as a planning and reminder tool. To the extent allowed by law, Smart Planner is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.
